Life happens and unexpected things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
+ To avoid a charge, please cancel at least 12 hour before your appointment start time. This allows me time to schedule an appointment for another client.
+ If you are unable to provide 12 hours advance notice, you will be charged $40.
+ If you no-show for your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for your session.
+ If you arrive late, I may need to shorten your session in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the service actually provided, you will be responsible for the full cost of your session.
+ Please aim to arrive a bit early to catch your breath and decompress so you can fully enjoy your massage.
If you have a medical condition that is aided by massage, ask your doctor or chiropractor for a prescription for massage. Massage performed on the order of a physician is exempt from sales tax, saving you an average of $6 per massage. Not only will you feel better from regular massage, your wallet will be happier too. Also, check with your HSA or FSA (Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account) to see if they cover massage as some are starting to recognize the many benefits of massage especially for pain management. I can also provide you with a receipt for your service that you can submit to your insurance.
And, if you have the SummaCare Medicare Advantage Plan, you should be able to receive a certain number of massages per year. SummaCare works with Homelink, a National Provider Network, to provide this service.
